Important information about your sponsorship
Payment Terms
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Payment is required in full at the time of sponsorship purchase
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST
- Refunds are available up to 30 days before the event date
Sponsorship Benefits
- Sponsorship benefits will be activated within 5 business days of payment confirmation
- Digital marketing materials will be provided within 2 weeks of payment
- Physical materials (banners, printables) will be coordinated closer to the event date
- Logo and branding materials must be provided in high-resolution formats
